Collaboration

Embedded. Hands-on.
From day one.

We don't deliver a report and move on. We join your team, learn your programme, and stay through the decisions that matter most.

What embedded collaboration means

Most consultants provide advice from the outside. We work from within — attending your team meetings, reviewing data as it comes in, and being available for the unplanned conversations that matter most.

This model works because context is everything in drug development. Generic advice is easy to give. Advice that accounts for your specific data, your team's constraints, and the decisions you face this week is far harder — and far more valuable.

We work with a small number of clients at any one time to make sure every engagement gets the depth of attention it deserves.

How engagements work

Engagements typically run from three months to two years. We agree scope and cadence at the start — regular check-ins, data reviews, and milestone meetings — and remain available for ad-hoc questions throughout. Fully remote, hybrid, or on-site across Europe.

What we bring

Scientific rigour

An objective, critical eye on your data — the kind of challenge that improves decisions before they become mistakes.

Translational experience

15+ years across discovery, preclinical, and clinical development — we understand the full path and the failure modes at each stage.

Strategic perspective

We help you ask the right questions — including go/no-go framing, risk surfacing, and scenario planning.

Network access

Where relevant, we connect you with specialists — assay development, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and more.

Designing the Phase I biomarker strategy and PK/PD programme to maximise first-in-human data value.

Data interpretation & go/no-go

Objective review of interim and final data readouts — distinguishing signal from noise.

SAB preparation

Preparing the right questions and ensuring advisory board feedback is captured and acted on.

Precision medicine

From patient stratification hypothesis through biomarker development to companion diagnostic strategy.

Out-licensing support

Strengthening the scientific narrative and data package for partnering discussions.
